This summer we made it up to Good Nature Brewing in Hamilton, NY, and spoke with Matt Whalen about their brewery. Good Nature is the first Farm Brewery in New York State, a designation which requires utilizing a certain percentage of NY state grown malts, hops and other ingredients to produce the beer.
