Cindy whipped up a tasty beer bread using Magic Hat Hex Ourtoberfest. It turned out so great that we decided to share the recipe here for other kitchen DIYers who love beer and making bread.
I concocted an Oatmeal Stout marinade recipe, and it turned out better than I thought, so I’m sharing it here. Grilled bison steak was my choice but it will work with any of your preferred grilling cuts. Also, any oatmeal stout should work, but I used Sierra Nevada Beer Camp Oatmeal Stout. Very nice flavor.
