This just in… A new Road Trips & Brew Pubs destination is coming to Webster, NY, “Where Life Is Worth Living”, especially now that they’ll have a new brewery sharing the region with other beer destinations like Knucklehead Craft Brewing, MacGregor’s Beer Lover’s Paradise, Stoneyard’s American Beer Hall & Grill and Murphy’s Law.
WhichCraft Brews will open their doors to the public on July 8th 2017. We can’t be there for the grad opening but Cindy and I will be scheduling a road trip ASAP.
Co-Owner and Brewer, Chris Prince, tells Cryptobrewology.com, “We will have 5 beers made at our location, as well as 50 other taps that will be a wide array of different selections. US breweries such as Stone, Troegs, Firestone Walker, Grimm, Evil Twin, Founders, Sierra Nevada etc., [and] local breweries such as Stoneyard, Swiftwater, Triphammer; foreign breweries like Weinstephaner, Rodenbach and more!”
WhichCraft Brews will sport four nitro lines, one specially dedicated to cold brewed coffee, and two wine options on tap. Yep, wine on tap! Their tap selection of beers will be available to go in Crowlers, those are can-growlers for those of you who didn’t know.
These beers will all be available on a rotating basis in the WhichCraft Brews tavern where you can pair your beer with some fine cuisine and sand-WHICHes from their indoor food truck. No kidding. They have a food truck sans motor, which was custom made by M Design Vehicles who, aside from food trucks, also build disaster relief vehicles. To get an idea of what you can expect, take a peek at their menu. I’d call the place a gastro pub with a twist.
I’m looking forward to checking this place out, and while we’re up there we’ll be damn sure to to pop in at Murphy’s Law, Stoneyard, Knucklehead and MacGregor’s too. Stay tuned to Cryptobrewology for some RT&BP coverage of our Rochester/Webster/Penfield trip.
